Bittorrent Shoot and Shareit are two modern apps designed for transferring files between different devices. . Both are considered highly competitive that users become confused to decide which one is better. So let's take some of these points into consideration and compare Bittorrent shoot with Shareit.
1. Bittorrent Shoot
User interface: Bittorrent Shoot is very simple and minimalist. On the home screen of application, there are two buttons. One is to send files and other is to receive files. Then click on the submit button, you have the option to choose the photos and videos you want to forward. There are three views, a collective vision of pictures and videos and two individual viewpoints. Other than that, there is nothing to explore in the application.
Supported file types: iOS, Windows, or Android - Shoot only can transfer pictures and videos from one device to another. Currently there is no option to include personal contacts or transfer files, but the developers have promised for future releases.
Transfer Mode: Shoot requires an Internet connection to transfer files from one device to another. The sender generates a QR code that needs to be explored by the recipient. The transfer is initialized instantly. Files are not uploaded to the server, but use technology transfer peer-to-peer (P2P) for instant transfer. But remember, these transfers require to be connected to an Internet source (mobile data / Wi-Fi).
User interface: When compared with Shoot, Shareit interface is a bit advanced, but still starts with the option to send or receive files. When you click Send, you get to choose from different categories. All pictures and videos are displayed on the respective tabs from which you can select files to transmit. You can choose between different categories before starting the transfer. Shareit have a more complicated user interface as compared to shoot, but then you get more control over what is being transferred. You also get his record transfer along with the total bandwidth consumed in the transfer of files. But if you want to go simplistic, shoot does it better.
Supported file types: Depending on the operating system transmitters and receivers smart phones, items that can be transferred differ. IOS and Windows, you can send photos, videos and contacts.
